"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. Room was clean and spacious and great choices for breakfast, again very spacious. A convenient stay but felt this was more suited for business meetings and conference gatherings rather than a typical run of the mill hotels."
