The room was lovely and spotless and the bed super comfy and breakfast delicious ... but it's the extra special touches and extra special team there that takes this to another level!! There's free drinks in your bedroom, a very comfortable residents only lounge with more complimentary drinks (as you can see in the pics). That was a huge bonus and the staff were brilliant! "Great find for our visit to Newbury. Breakfast included, 4 options to choose from and served in the pub restaurant. Also ate there both nights, food and service excellent. Room had all you needed, large room plus walk in shower. "

"Superb hospitality here and the staff were extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. For those travelling by train, it takes about 25-30mins to walk into the centre of Reading, but is only 10 mins by bus and these are frequent. I stayed here on a work trip. I would have liked a bath to relax into at the end of a long day, but I guess you can't have everything!"

"Fantastiskt och mysigt med det lilla extra! Små detaljer som en liten sloe gin på rummet och fina val av material. Lyckats bevara charmen på ett modernt sätt. Bred frukostmeny men även kontinentala frukostval med utsökt yoghurt, juice och varje dag färska jordgubbar och bär. Mycket uppskattat! Bra parkering utanför dörren. Trevlig personal i receptionen och på frukosten. Kommer mycket gärna tillbaka!"
