"The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!"

"It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch. "Newly opened so everything is great. Staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. Room size is comfortable yet pretty standard. Just an FYI if sharing the room, the door to the bathroom does not lock it just slides closed. "

"Some of the doors don’t close. Customer Sevice is just OK. If you book for four people don’t expect to find pillows or towels for the other 2 people. You actually have to request them and they’re not always available. Good luck "

"I did not want to stay in a pet friendly motel. Every room had at one time or another animals in them. Our room smelled terrible. We had to go buy sanitizer to make it smell better. It did not help much. I am a good customer of Expedia but this time I am really disappointed in our room and your service."
