"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"Nice hotel in a convenient location. Though on returning in the evening there was thumping music from a bar opposite our room. Calling reception they advised that this would likely continue til approx. 4am. The hotel relocated us to a different room where we were unaffected by the music but it is disappointing that the staff are fully aware this will happen and that the room be given to a guest when others unaffected by the noise are available. That said the staff were very helpful in relocating...

"We had an excellent stay but we were let down by Expedia and I wouldn’t use Expedia again. I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights six months ago at £300 per room per night. The rooms came down in price by 50% a few weeks before our stay. Despite Expedia’s chat help telling me they would refund me the difference through their best price guarantee when customer services emailed me they said this was no longer available. So it cost me an extra £1000 booking in advance using Expedia, next time I will book...
