"wonderful stay, comfy bed and good wifi"

"I checked in on the Hilton Honors app and it told me my room was being prepared. I couldn’t access the wifi because I was not officially given a room yet and that was needed for wifi. I improvised and used my hotspot. The lobby is quite dirty. The bar was stained, fruit flies everywhere, debris on the chairs. The surface of the counter I was at was sticky like no one wipes things down. Twice the one and only employee at the front desk came through the lobby to check on our names, telling me...

"All the wall in the restroom were dirty, the air conditioner was so dirty with lot of dust on it. Tv wasn’t working, no refrigerator, microwave available. The entrance door didn’t seal properly."

"It’s a pretty run down motel. The room was dirty, and the comforter looked like it was bought in the 1980s and never replaced, complete with old smoke burns. The furniture felt like a random collection of leftovers. But the bathtub… that was the worst part. It looked like it had survived a war. We actually had to lay a towel inside the tub just to shower because there was no way we were touching that surface."

"I like the location, easy walk to port, restaurants, museums. This hotel is poorly run/maintained. I could feel the springs in the mattress (plus a dip) on my side. No iron or ironing board in the room. I had to ask reception for one. No blow dryer in room. The chest drawer would not stay closed. I had to prop with a napkin. No coffee maker. "Quaint older property, nicely remodeled. Large rooms. Parking is limited, but everything else was in working order. I’d stay again if I return to the area. Great value for the price!"

"Hotel was fine. It’s an older hotel, however clean. Has a good breakfast ( complimentary), lots of choices. Denny’s next door which was a plus. Stayed here before boarding a cruise!"

"No coffee except decaf on entire property! Pool bar only open on weekends unfortunately we came during the week! No continental breakfast NOTHING! No coffee no NOTHING!! Room very pricey for NOTHING PLACE TO BUT COFFEE ETC EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! 6.00 for a Pepsi!!"
