We stayed for 3 nights in mid-October during a 12 day Bali holiday and this was by far the nicest of the 4 hotels we stayed in. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the hotel had a lovely peaceful air to it. Situated parallel to the main Monkey Forest road it's about a 10 min walk to get to the Ubud hustle and bustle (a regular shuttle bus is provided too), but from an unassuming entrance you enter an oasis on the edge of the forest. Rooms/bathrooms are great (we had a Forest room) and the...

Komaneka is an excellent hotel, I have travelling world and many places but not seen hospatality like this. They make u feel at home and offer you service which you might not have dreamed of. For e.g. When we went for our 2 days toure for various places in Bali, Komaneka staff gave us packed Donets and water both days for on the way to eat or have it if we don't find any good facility to eat.. I would recommend this place and to all and would like people to stay there at least for 2 days to know...

We spent 4 days here. If you want privacy, this is the place to come - you have your own villa (with walled garden, deck and plunge pool), the "room" service is great. You'll have your breakfast on your deck (monkey situation permitting) or inside the villa. Talking about monkeys - the name "Monkey Forest" is not there for marketing only. The monkeys are regular visitors - at one afternoon we counted 16 of them in our garden - it was a bit scary, but a call to the front desk took care of them,...

The staff were utterly exceptional at Adiawana Monkey Forest. From the communication before my arrival on arranging a hotel pick up, to every element of my stay I was made to feel so welcome and attended to. The spa treatments were perfect and the hotel arranged trips and activities for me which were second to none and were based on my individual requirements and brief.

I really enjoyed my stay at Eden House. Wayan and co were very friendly and accomodating. The views from the balcony were incredible, very quiet and peaceful despite being only a short walk to the main street.

The property was more than what we could have hoped for. The staff accommodated us in every way. The meals were fantastic and the hotel is beautiful and most importantly very clean. I would say I am a pretty picky person when it comes to hotels and this place far exceeded my expectations. Also, the location is walking distance to downtown where all the shops and restaurants are, however they also have a shuttle that will take you. My husband and I were very happy with our stay and can't wait to...

Beautiful, peaceful hotel in a great location, just a short walk from all the hustle and bustle, while still feeling like a quiet escape. It’s close to everything you need, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. You could relax and hear nothing but the sounds of nature and wildlife, although there was some construction noise during my stay.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely made me feel like family. I was travelling solo, so I was especially touched when they surprised me...

Staff at Calma are lovely, can’t do enough for you and the most attentive people we have come across on our travels in Indonesia. Making our stay a memorable one.
We also used the laundry which was a fantastic service, super quick and good value for money.
Shuttle is handy as the quieter area the hotel is set in is perfect to be just outside the chaos of the centre but you’re only 5 minutes drive away.
Breakfast was well presented and tasty, you can also order breakfast for a certain time...

The most spectacular place and so quiet even though be the hub of things. Gorgeous rice fields to look at while at the infinity pool. Happy friendly staff. Gorgeous room although could do with a few hooks for towels around the sink. amazing seven flower Balinese bath in my room organised at the spa where I also had an amazing facial. Loved every minute and will definitely be back again. Yoga barn right next door an extra bonus!

This is a stunning find and hands-down the best place we stayed in Bali! The staff were sooo unbelievably helpful - they couldn't do enough for us! They organised tours and activities, and offered local knowledge on a wide range of things. It is a short walk into the center of town (10-15 mins) but they offer a free drop and pick up service. We loved the beautiful room, the view from the balcony into (what felt like) the jungle, the breakfasts served poolside, and the chilled atmosphere of the...

Stayed a week at Alaya Jembawan in April with my partner and stayed in room with direct access to pool (fantastic!).
One of my worries were that the pool area looked quite small and not enough sunbeds for all guests, however this was not the case. There were always sun-beds available to take in the great view and enjoy the sunshine! Pool size was just right too.
Rooms were regularly cleaned at a high standard and bed was SUPER comfy!

The rooms are large, modern and clean. The breakfast is brilliant as well getting table service first fruit plate then breads and then menu service, provided with tea, coffee and juices.
Would definitely reccomend and hopefully we get the chance to return.
Thank you so much

This was our second stay in SenS Ubud and it will be our first choice next time we want to stay in Ubud town centre.
Very good location i.e. Easy walk to the heart of town without being in the overcrowded tourist infested part.
Excellent Spa which is reasonably priced and our 3 hour couples treatment by Mia and her colleague was of a high standard in a superior clean and comfortable environment for a fraction of the cost in other hotel spas.
We enjoyed a tasty healthy meal in Yonnes...
