"I broke down last night and booked this hotel.... Very late arrival after midnight but staff were fantastic, quick check in... Into room and sleep. Explained circumstances in the morning about what's happened and as in on medication they offered me something to eat and drink so i could take my medication. Great staff and very friendly, property is very nice, room was huge, very comfortable bed and shower excellent. Great stay and keep up the good work. "

It was a short walk to the city centre and about 10 minute walk from the Highcross shopping centre car park where the parking was only £6 via the hotel discount. We stayed to go to a darts event which was a 20 minute walk. Overall it was a lovely stay."

"Albert on reception was extremely helpful, not just checking me in, but helping get into my room as I couldn't get my key to work not once but on two different occasions, he also sourced a hair dryer for me, which I expected to be in the room considering it was an executive room. The staff were welcoming in the restaurant at dinner and at breakfast"
