Located in a great area in Condesa, convenient to beautiful parks, restaurants etc the only real issue is that they were doing more construction the whole time on another room. Most every day there was banging and electric saws going , sometimes until well after 9 pm each night, during meals etc."

We stayed in a fourth floor “suite”…totally worth it. Not really that much more than the other rooms. "It is a very charming place that feels special - you can clearly see that someone put their heart and effort into it. I loved the breakfast, started with fruits followed by a fresh warm dish. People were very friendly and helpful. The doors are not very soundproof, but it is a small B&B with not many guests, so in the end it was not a bother. Overall, I felt calm already when I stepped in and was very happy to be there. I would stay again."
