"I had paid before check in and because my husband had booked the room for me I did not have his credit card and was not allowed to stay but was not given back the money for the 3 day stay and I also had the back up insurance which was not honored and now will have to sue so beware "

"This owners should be ashamed of themselves for the condition this hotel is in as well as the behavior of their staff. I stayed here to be near the hospital for pre op testing early the next morning. Extremely thankful I wasn’t going in for surgery the next day. The room was nasty, the table was greasy, the headboard had been pulled off and reattached. The bathroom was half cleaned. It was absolutely the most horrible experience ever. "

"We had to stay over night before a hospital surgery. It was clean and we had quite a large handicap room. It had a large fridge not one of those mini ones, a dish washer and full kitchen sit up. No stove but had a microwave. It was perfect for what we needed. "

"I did not take advantage of the breakfast. The parking was very convenient and I felt safe. Rented a handicapped room, the toilet was very old and very low. Although, there were secure safety bars in the tub/shower. Good water pressure and the mattress was the best. The room was quite large and comfortable."

"Check-in was great. Very friendly staff. Not much parking close to the front, but plenty elsewhere. Room was excellent! Very comfortable. Very good shower. We were told there were free drinks and light snacks in the lobby between 5:30 and 7. We went and were not offered drinks and had to ask a staff member about the food....they showed us two warming plates of watery chili and bread. Other than that uncomfortable experience, all was good."
