"This was a great location with easy access to the University and smaller towns nearby. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant and food was great with lots of menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also have a full bar with interesting wines, beers, and cocktails. "Everything was very good. The multi bed suite is very spacious with two rooms, excellent for larger group. Breakfast was excellent and pool stays open until 11 pm.
The only thing which can be improved is the exhaust fan in washroom which was missing."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Kitchener Holiday Inn. The staff at the front desk were professional, friendly, and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, and well arranged. The bed was very comfortable, as were the bedding, especially the long pillows. The only quibble I have was that the air conditioning was noisy at start of each cooling cycle and I eventually had to turn it off because it was disturbing my sleep.
