"Front desk very cordial and polite. Asked for the maid to clean the room and never happened and by the time we got back to room we were told the maid service had gone for the day."

"The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!"

"First time ever staying in a Tru. It was perfect for a short stay traveling on our way to Orlando. We appreciated the cleanliness and how the accommodations were just what was needed for a night while passing through. No carpet in the room gave it a cleaner feel. "We had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had…especially the breakfast taco bar and the overnight oats. Those extra touches really made it stand out.
