"Initially we were thrilled to stay here, as the pub manager showed us to our room, carried one of our suitcases and assured us that the waters & snacks would be replenished every day. Discovered after one shower that the shower gel was empty. I emailed the establishment asking for it to be refilled, and even left the top of the bottle on the bath mat as a hint. Never received a reply to my email, and had to leave a note on the third day asking to refill the shower gel, and to leave snacks as...

"The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help answer any questions about the room or London. We really enjoyed some of the private areas the hotel offered to staying guests."

"Airconditioning was excellent, the laundry machines were outdated, and, in my opinion, the instruction to use them should be more precise."

"Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property."

"Convenient location close to and train stations. Well Maintained accommodation with aesthetically pleasing fixtures and fittings. Comfy bed and helpful staff. Unfortunately we discovered long dark hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor but not until we returned later in the evening. If not for this would have been 5 star Would still recommend."

"From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked, we had nothing but the very best of service and support from the staff. The front office staff was courteous, friendly and polite. We were early so they stored our luggage and help us with directions to near by attractions. The room was small but very comfortable and clean and everything was working. "Terrible communication from the host - I emailed a few times and the responses were very slow, also checking in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am is unbelievable, when they charged me almost £200 for only 18 hours! I tried to communicate with the host, they weren’t very responsive. However, they kept sending me generic messages over and over again, including repeatedly telling me that check-in is at 10 am. Will not be staying here again."
