"Overall the stay was excellent,the rooms were nice and clean, housekeepers were awesome, service was better than expected, only issue I had was the young girl, at the front desk, shes very rude, and I believe she needs to be trained better bcuz she doesn't know how to check in people, she charged my card for one night almost 300 when I paid for it online,and when I tell her she responded well what do u want me to do about refund u or wat???? Well first off don't b rude ur mistake not mine so...

"Room smelt musty and shower had no water pressure. After check-in a maintenance employee walked into my room without knocking, I believe the room was marked as do not book, due to shower issue or no water pressure, and no hot water. I will not ever stay at this hotel in any of my future trips to Hobbs."

"First the when we checked in the person at the front desk was rude and not very friendly. The key would not be open the outside door until maybe the 20th try. Then the same keys would not open the room door. In the morning I took the the keys to the front desk. They gave me new ones same thing, so I gave up and did each door about 20 times until they worked. In the room there was snot on the wall in the restroom and the shower was dirty. The hair dryer didn’t work and the electrical plugs were...

"It was good, a very nice little cabin. We just had the problem that the code to enter the cabin didn’t work, but they were very nice and helped us right away, so it was really good"

"The rooms look nice, not really run down looking but the cleanliness of the room wasn’t very good. You can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while around the baseboards and doors in the bathroom. The tub didn’t drain very good and we also fixed the toilet seat because it was about to come off. Just needed to be tightened. The AC works okay for us, we really like it cold so it was warm for us but did cool the room down. It was quiet, we never even heard anyone else and the parking lot was pretty...

"Checking in was ok I can’t say I have any complaint about that part except for the fact that the first room I was given was not cleaned yet and was still dirty from previous guest the second room I had was nice and clean but after a while I started seeing about 5 flying ants randomly then started seeing more ants and more ants they was in the A/C coming out the wood around the A/C around the door then I started seeing termites I called and asked front desk if I could get some bug spray to kill...
