"Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne had some Expedia points to use thought I might spend a day and a night in the city. The hotel was perfectly located close to everything, very quiet I was a bit worried about the trams being so close outside but couldn't hear them at all, couldn't hear any internal noises either witch was great. The bed was comfortable thought the decor of the room had character really enjoyed my stay. Thankyou"

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."
