"The room was very clean and QUIET! I was worried about it at first because we were right over the pool but it was so quiet. Also, the curtains really make the room dark, which is a HUGE plus for those of us who need a dark space to sleep. Everything was comfortable, clean, and the location was central to everything."

"Tried to get into our room at 4 pm check in and room was not available until 5:30. Dinner reservation at 6 pm and early 11 am check out. Not very relaxing overnight, no time to chill before dinner and then early night."

"The room was not what was on the pictures. AC was loud, dirty, the tub felt like you were going to fall through, entry door didn’t shut all the way and had smell. Very disappointing! I was there by myself and terrified someone was going to break in. I did not feel safe sleeping and left the light on. I would really like some money back. Very very run down old motel. I do not recommend and very very disappointed!!!!"

"Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the beautiful gardens and peaceful atmosphere. The only downside was that our room didn’t have curtains, which meant the morning sunlight came in very early and woke us up sooner than we would have liked. Adding window coverings would make an otherwise wonderful stay even better."
