"We stayed 1 night at this lovely, cozy and very spatious hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Not many people there, so we had lots of space. The bathrooms were well equipped (hair dryer and amenities which I loved). When leaving the pool, I passed by the bar which looked lively and fun. "I don’t know why I always drove to Gatwick in the middle of the night when I could have stayed in Hampton. North Terminal, right next to the easyJet baggage drop-off. Beautiful, modern room. Comfy bed. Nice buffet breakfast. First time, but definitely not the last."

Have stayed there many times in the past, it’s a lovely building in style but unfortunately hasn’t been lovingly cared for by Greene King brewery. Shower was hot and quite powerful but no shower/bath mat available was a case of do I break anything on my body trying to climb out of bath as so slippery "

"What a brilliant hotel! Clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner etc. Excellent location, opposite the i360. We walked from the station (through the lanes and along the seafront). Tea/coffee etc. "

"Carpets were in need of replacing and didn’t fit up to the edge. Half the lights didn’t work and lights by the bed loose. Shelves next to the bed were broken and held on by metal brackets that made them slope so nothing could be put on them. The bed was broken with feet missing on the bottom so wasn’t even. The pillows were useless and went flat as soon as you put your head on them. The shower only just got warm. In whole the hotel has the potential of being a nice place but seems a reluctance...
