"We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great! "We had the banana leaf room. It suited our needs for the 3 nights. One of the shower heads were worn and would not stay in place. The floors were a bit gritty and the bathroom sink was very low. They made the bed. Bought towels when we asked. Beach towels are also provided in the room. The manger Katrina was very hospitable and made our stay even better. I will be back."
