"Someone here clearly used bots to gain a 5 star rating when I booked. I showed up and it looked like no one had vacuumed the halls during the last month. I watched a worker at the "inn" roll a piece of candy from the middle of the hall to the edge of the hall. After realizing I had been duped, I started checking the room for bed bugs since there were reports of bed bugs there 6 months prior, and found instead what looked like vomit on the box spring cover. I took a picture, asked for a refund,...

"The room I originally was staying electronic lock was not working. I had to go up and down three times before having to move to a new room. Moving my own luggage myself"

"The hotel is very clean. The staff is helpful and hospitable. The exercise room is nice and has the necessary equipment for exercising while traveling. THE COFFEE PROGRAM IS THE BEST OF CLASS!"

"The room was clean. We thought the staff at the front desk could have been friendlier and also kept up the coffee pots in the evening. We asked if there would be coffee and the staff member acted as though it was a issue for him. They also were not friendly when we checked in and put. The staff members we thought were friendly and nice was the lady who did breakfast and the janitor."

Room was nice but travelers should understand this is Hilton’s minimalist hotel venture. For instance, No closet or coffee maker, but there was a mini fridge. Staff did not seem well trained to deal with problems either. The tv in my room did not work but the girl at front desk had no idea what to do about it. She said there was no one to call for...

"Stay was nice. Hotel room clean. Staff and workers were polite. They served breakfast every morning from 7-10 and I made sure I was there every morning during my stay lol. Just wish I paid close attention to the pool schedule because I was looking forward to relaxing. I was there n April n the pool didnt open till May. Despite that I would stay again! "

"The breakfast was good. I booked a suite room and got a double bed room. Didn't get wanted I wanted and wasn't told the room I booked was over booked till I said something. Now I have to talk to a manager during the week."
