"Everything was fabulous "

"The deluxe twin room we had was very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet too as it was in an annexe set back from the road."

"Loved the pub and Simon was super helpful. Best nights sleep ever in the best bed with lovely soft pillows. Food very good, especially breakfast (full Yorkshire breakfast) overall such great find. Highly recommended. Very dog friendly and lovely atmosphere."

"Ideally placed in the centre of Knaresborough, we were welcomed warmly. The room was lovely with a generous bathroom attached. Plenty of teabags, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and fresh milk was kept in a small fridge. The chocolate was a nice touch alongside the complementary biscuits. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. We will certainly visit again. "

"Stayed for three nights, clean room and bathroom. Daily cleaning was amazing and the location of our room looked onto a nuch nicer view. Reception staff were very friendly too. "

"If you want a relaxed break this is a great hotel to book, just come back from a weekend away. What a joy to stay somewhere with such amazing staff. Room was lovely very clean comfy bed. Great breakfast we also dined in the restaurant and bar which was really nice. Had a three hour spa to finish off our stay. Will definitely be back."

"Rooms here are great, each one is quirky in their own way, and a lovely touch to have radio playing in room as background music on arrival. The 2 ladies that greeted us on arrival were welcoming and showed us all (4 guests) to our rooms. Evening meal in the bar was great too, cold and frosty outside, the pub reminded me as something out of The Holiday!!!"

"Lovely, clean and very comfortable room. Loved having the option of a bath. Breakfast seemed to use good quality products and accommodating of any slight changes to the menu. All staff encountered were extremely courteous, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again should the opportunity arise."
