"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"Very disappointing experience at Hotel Henry.
Before checkout, I asked if the hotel could hold our luggage due to a delayed flight and was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. The next morning, the same employee told us storage was “first come, first serve,” leaving us stuck carrying luggage around NYC in the rain. We also requested room service and fresh towels twice and never received them. The TV didn’t work either, and staff only gave us batteries, which didn’t help.
