"We have stayed a bunch and love it. This time not so much, the room is the room we always pay for yet this one was more outdated, didnt have the set up as the rest of them. We got room service and everything was forgotten or wrong for 100 bucks for 2 people for date night you kind of expect them to get it right. Both forgot our sides and more. Everything was also closed or closing earlier than expected. Slighly sad that a place that my husband and I get away to every once in a while didnt give...

"I have been coming to this casino since I was 18, and I’ve always had a pleasant time. So safe to say I was ecstatic to stay at the new hotel. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Would definitely stay again!"

"Absolutely terrible experience. This was the worst casino and hotel we ever stayed. The staff was rude and unfriendly. We never were explained that we needed to request room clean service. The room was dirty the food was awful, and the casino service was nonexistent. There was only one waitress serving the entire casino floor, so getting a drink was near impossible. Completely unacceptable for the property of this size. I will never return and would not recommended Seneca Casino Hotel to...
