"Was good for the price, the free breakfast is whatever they bring you and if you have an open mind, you will enjoy it. Staff are amazing, room clean but could use some general maintenance. The location is good but there is loud music far into the night, i still heard it at 5am. Walkability is easy and grab is quick, pool is just ok for a quick cool off. Over all was good, no real complaints."

"We were really looking forward to our stay here and assumed everything was set. However, when we got to the property around 8 PM, the front desk informed us that our host, Marianne, had not sent them the required endorsement to allow us to stay, so they prevented us from checking in. We tried calling and messaging Marianne and Jarre multiple times through the emergency line they had provided us, but no one answered, so we had to wait in the lobby for another 1.5 hours. "The Tower front desk refused to check us in because the owner did not provide them our booking information. Our booking was paid for and confirmed by Expedia, still we Were not given access to our paid room. I incurred additional expense booking a place to stay for the night. Stressful experience for me which could have been avoided had the owner communicated with the Tower staff. . "

"Clean room, no slippers but thats ok. Not enough towels if u wanted to swim which sucked. No hand soaps in bathroom so u had to go in shower to get soap. No kitchen towel so u had to use shower towels. No extra elevator key if you have more than 2 people with you."

"location was great. Close by to Uptown Mall & variety of restaurants. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. WiFi did go out on our 5th night, attempted to contact the host however there was no response. Overall, experience was good. "
