"The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments"

"The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on."

"Everything in my room was old and stained. The bathtub looked dirty and the blankets had holes on them. The refrigerator was super old and the freezer has a lot of ice stuck on the top making the refrigerator leak. We had to put towels around it. The indoor pool was closed and around 8:30 am staff started knocking on people's rooms to see if they were empty. "This hotel was beyond amazing! Front desk staffers Michelle and Arman were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They were polite, helpful, and always smiling! They were super nice to my little guy who is a definite handful! The rooms were great and we had a Deluxe Queen and the extra space in the room was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Tell Michelle and Arman we said amazing job!"

"Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary.
