"When we entered the property, the door had no latch and we were worried of any forced break in. The whole studio room had urine smell all over. "事前に案内もなく、改装中の工事音が朝8時から響きました。
滞在期間中WiFiが不通で、初日に「明日から使える」と言われたが結局1週間ダメでした。同理由でTV（ChromeTV）が観られませんでした。
アメニティはボディーシャンプーと歯ブラシのみで、フェイスタオルはありませんでした。
供用スペースにあったコーヒーサーバーはノーメンテナンスで使えませんでした。
部屋のあちらこちらに張り紙がありましたがすべてその通りではありません。
裏切られた感しかありませんでした。"

"Decent for a capsule hotel. The capsule was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the shared facilities. It wasn't air conditioned so it was always hot and muggy. But it was relatively clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is great. It's within walking distance of many markets and attractions. Plenty of restaurants. The metro station is a 5-min walk.
The price was very affordable for budget travelers. And it's a good step up from a hostel. "

"Walking distance to 2 large shopping centres.
We chose a decent sized room on a high floor which was pleasant.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast had variety but hot food was usually only warm and not very tasty.
Pool on top floor was good but gym is just ok and treadmills need servicing.
Our biggest regret was not understanding the area around the hotel is very run down and also how bad Kuala Lumpur is for pedestrians (not the hotels fault)."
