"We had a lovely stay at the NH Copenhagen Grand Joanne! The property is well managed and maintained and has a lovely ambiance. We were lucky to also experience lovely weather while we were there, which allowed us to take advantage of the rooftop terrace. The breakfast was nice and the the property is a short walk from many fun attractions and things to do and see in Copenhagen. Would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"Clean and spacious room. Just minor thing is to have a few more hooks for hanging clothesline and shower cap, Q tips … in the bathroom instead of asking the front desk. Staff is very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast to start the date, just hope for a little rotation every few days is good. Location is about 2 stop on Tram to water front area or 15-20 minutes walking. Would stay again."

"My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Coco Hotel while we were visiting Copenhagen. We were very pleased with our experience. The staff was helpful and friendly and our room was spacious and quiet. One small suggestion I would make is - as a senior who mostly reads books and magazines (as opposed to phone and tablet screens), the lighting was a bit low. A reading lamp would have been welcome. Otherwise everything was top notch."

"The hotel was lovely and very modern. It was exceptionally clean and our room was a good size. The location was good and you could get to most places within 10/15 minutes of walking. The hotel was quite warm however the room had a Dyson fan which helped to cool the room down greatly. The staff were also very helpful and provided ice etc. to take to the room for drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future!"

"It was a good room with a view of the canal and swimming pool. It was too far from the centre of town - our fault for not checking enough before booking. A problem in common with most hotels is the lack of decent towel rails - if they want us to reuse towels in the interest of sustainability they need to provide decent and sufficient towel rails so we can hang the towels to dry."

"Everyone was so lovely and helpful. They helped with guidance at reception and gave tips. I loved the little cute touches in the room and the lobby area. It all felt very whimsical and magical!"
