"This property is top notch! We are in love and wish we'd found it earlier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. From registration to pool/food attendants, maintenance, . .... Everyone was so nice. The facilities are beautiful and everything you need is there! Highly recommend this resort and if we come to the Keys again, we will absolutely be staying here!!!!!"

"The hot tub was not on the property but was accessible through the property next-door, which was a little bit of a walk. Would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for the terrible individual at check-in. I don’t remember his name, but he stayed in the room in the back, not in the front where he belonged. He checked me into a room with no view actually a view with the wood fence could not see anything it felt like a prison cell. Call down to change room and was given a room on the third floor...

"We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cay Resort & Marina! The Acqua Lodge sites were clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. The location is perfect for exploring the Keys while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to...

"The property is beautiful and tucked away from the main strip. Quiet resort, clean rooms, beautiful sauna and beach area. The seaweed was bad this year and so it smelled terribly, but that's all on mother nature. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, dog friendly, overall a great experience. Plenty of food options on property and happy hour during the day. No bell service which is why I took off a star... the elevator was out when we were leaving so had to haul suitcases down 3 flights of...

"We were met at check-in with exorbitant parking fees and additional resort fees that were not listed on the website. The breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced especially after being charged such high fees. The room, however, was very nice and the only saving grace."

"Great deal for the Keys. The place was clean but dated. Would absolutely stay here again. Added bonus is that it is right behind a convenience store with Dunkin Donuts."

"Our first time to the Keys. This place was nice enough but we are water people and love fishing and being in the ocean. However, the beach area at this place was very brown and had a ton of seaweed. So going in the water in this area was not an option. Room was very very small and we like to have a closet and and a desk, this place didn't have that at all in the room. Pool looked really nice but we didn't get a chance to use it."
