"This was our favourite stay while in Iceland. The cabins were well stocked and quiet, the right distance from town to feel removed. We were able to cook basic meals and we loved having access to a hot tub and sauna. Wouldn’t change a thing. It was lovely!"

"From the outside the property looks a bit run down but the inside of the apartment was really lovely if just a bit rustic. The owners were lovely people and my kids enjoyed meeting the animals. Great price for one night. "

"We had the room with kitchenette on the back side of the property. The room was spacious and had a TV that offered some English speaking programming. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the necessary kitchen wares to prepare a meal. The drive to the guesthouse is scenic with 2 nice size waterfalls along the way. The town itself was very picturesque. The owner communicated with us prior to arrival. The room was unlocked and keys on the table when we arrived. "
