"I chose Le Meurice because of its reputation as one of Paris's premier palace hotels. While the property is beautiful and the location exceptional, the service fell far short of what I expected. The disappointment was not one isolated incident, but a consistent pattern of service failures. Our thermostat never worked despite two repair requests. "This is our first time at this hotel. It usually takes me few days to feel comfortable but this hotel was a real exception since we checked in I really felt like home from all aspects. Im surely returning to this hotel and surely bringing the rest of the family too ! "
