"Horrible experience. We walked into a plate that was already rented out walked in on tenants sleeping owner did not answer or respond when owner showed up there was a language barrier we couldn’t understand what was going on we had to be placed in. Another hotel thank u to hotels. Com for accommodation we missed our concert trying to figure out the situation total wast of time if money especially when we. We’re out of town in an area we didn’t know"

"The property and the location are very nice, but unfortunately the check-in was late (room wasn't ready by 4pm), and an incorrect bill from the hotel's restaurant and subsequent handling of the situation by staff made things feel less than ideal. Otherwise it would have been a great experience!"
