"Staffs were wonderful.. Hazel and crew. Were very nice.. However: my booked rooms roof was leaking. Second room#5 was the best. The third nights room had smells and had to climb to my sleeping area. Middle of the night had to find my way down to the washroom going steep stairwells…."

"The staff were very lovely friendly and helpful. There is stairs you must take to hotel but lift at the hotel. In saying that departing (upstairs) they staff helped me with luggage and to meet bolt. Room was small and funny design but would definitely stay again."
