"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Great property and location. I got this place for a steal and it was so nice. Right in the heart of Korea Town with restaurants that are authentic and open late. Easy access to Subway as well. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop bar before you leave. It’s free to enter and has a wonderful spot to take a selfie with the Empire State building in the background.
