"Hotel was overbooked, but had already made arrangements in the hotel next door. Staff was very helpful in guiding me thru the change. Accommodations were very good. All staff involved was professional, helpful & very nice."

"Bugs in room. Common areas were very dirty. Outside of building a mess — very old building not kept presentable. Picture on website very misleading. No one at front desk when trying to check out — 4 different customers waiting at front desk for someone to show up to turn in room keys. Very loud event in ballroom close to customer’s room went on until 2 am in the morning in the hallway and outside. Would not recommend."

"Check in and check out were quick and easy. The price was reasonable. The location was good, about 20 minutes from Lancaster and 40 minutes from Hershey. We found 2 good restaurants close by including Friendly's-my favorite! The beds were comfy. My friend utilized the hot tub. There were plenty of luggage carts available when we needed them. I just wished they had hooks at the top to hang bags like some do at other hotels. The room was clean. The bathroom was small and the shower kept flooding the floor. The room was a bit small. We struggled a bit to find room for our bags and belongings. You could hear a good amount of noise from other rooms. I didn't care much for the breakfast options, mostly carbs. We kept having trouble with our room cards not working. The cleaning lady came the first day but I don't think she came again after that so we had trash and dirty towels/wash cloths piled up. Everyone at the hotel (staff and guests) were pleasant. I was thankful for hot water for my tea every morning. The refrigerator was a bit small. We struggled to fit all of our drinks and leftovers in there each day."

"I was a bit hesitant to book as I saw a few comments speak on the hotel being noisy or the interior was very old. However, it was a good stay. The staff was nice, the place was well maintained, the breakfast was pretty good and there weren't any issues with noise. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, and the interior was good. I would go back"

"The floor was dirty and sticky. The room had a pee oder. Everything else in the room was fine. Beds were cleans and comfy. Bathroom was fine and the sink area was good. The staff was prompt with the towels, toilet paper and trash. The breakfast was good. First 2 nights we slept great. The second 2 nights we did not. People were running up and down the hallways yelling, Banging on the rooms they were in. Screaming and cussing, smoking pot and cigarettes. Hallway was filled with cigarette smoke. This is a nonsmoking hotel... If you want quiteness then this hotel may not be for you but if you are looking at the cost then go for it. This hotel may have ♿ but it isn't up to code for the ADA. You have to go past the front door and turn around to get in with a wheelchair. The door doesn't automatically open either. The other front entrance you have to lift the front wheels up in order to get on the little ramp to go inside. That door also doesn't self open. I was able to do so with my daughter who is in a wheelchair but others may not be able to access the handicap entrance. Also I haven't received my 100.00 deposit back. It hasn't been submitted and I was told after house keeping checked the room then it would be issued."

"Bathroom in our room was a disaster uneven tiles on the floor the shower stall looked like it was being held together by plaster the shower knob just spun in circles so it took a very long time to figure out the temperature control for each shower someone took!"
