"Our stay in June 2026 as all as this most recent July 30 until August 1 stay both suffered from non functioning Microwaves in the rooms and missed cleaning opportunities such as dirty used towels left in the bathrooms, clothing drawers having items left in them from previous users of the room and some dirty dishes. This particular stay our kitchen was absent of cookware. We had to twice request something to reheat food in the oven with before finally going to the front desk a second time. The...

"My apologies for the lengthy post. I must start off by saying, we are VERY easy to please & had a six-night stay. Let's start with the positives: Breakfast: pretty good! Much better than we expected 👏 👏👏 Staff: VERY nice and so helpful!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Now the not so positives: *We had 2 furbabies with us. Their policy indicated there would be a $75 fee for the length of the stay...they double charged us. When called to their attention, they found the problem and stated they took the charges off....

"After "no room at the inn" at another hotel, Homewood Suites was exactly what we needed. It was very late; the GM on duty was very helpful and understanding. The room was clean. Everyone slept well. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was well-arranged, clean, and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exactly what you would expect- nothing fancy, but tasty, well stocked, and clean. Our only complaint is that the AC seemed to be struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature, leaving the room mildly warm. They appeared to be in the process of updating the units, we were just unlucky and got a room that hadn't been updated yet."

"Agressive, unacceptable, unprofessional, and rude behavior from the girl at the front desk. I arrived with a reservation paid and confirmed and she told me that there were no rooms available and I needed to find another hotel at 10pm. Person checking in after me left as well because they didn't give them a room either. Avoid if you don't want to look for a hotel late at night after driving 6 hours."
