"Clean room"

"The room was well-arranged, clean, and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exactly what you would expect- nothing fancy, but tasty, well stocked, and clean. Our only complaint is that the AC seemed to be struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature, leaving the room mildly warm. They appeared to be in the process of updating the units, we were just unlucky and got a room that hadn't been updated yet."

"The staff was wonderful and the room layout was perfect for us. I was grateful that there was a good quality clothing iron and board. One major problem though: my son who was in town for the Junior Olympic Games, slept on the sleeper couch and woke up with a severe case of neck pain. I got him every remedy possible and took him to the urgent care center, but all we could do was put on a patch and hope and pray it gets better. Luckily the competition wasn't until the next day and he was able to move his neck enough to complete his event. I slept on the sleeper for the rest of the stay and I woke up with aches everywhere. You really can’t offer that sofa bed as a sleeping option. Other than that, I thought the hotel was wonderful."

"After "no room at the inn" at another hotel, Homewood Suites was exactly what we needed. It was very late; the GM on duty was very helpful and understanding. The room was clean. Everyone slept well. Would definitely stay again."
