"Bernardo and Mercedes were so kind and friendly. I didn’t get the woman who helped put the breakfast buffet out but she was also lovely. We got back to the hotel late one night and another woman working the front desk helped us order a pizza. They allow one laundry load done per room, we are still missing some riding pants but I will contact them and see if we can get them back. Overall, lovely experience! Five stars. "

"What a wonderful hotel! We arrived exhausted after a lengthy redeye and the concierge and desk staff took great care of us, even allowing for a super early check-in (hours before the normal time). Through our 2+ day stay, we were treated cheerfully and conscientiously, and we found our room to be spotlessly clean, comfortable, and stylish. Overall, the hotel is a seamless blend of traditional and modern design, which we loved. The atrium is a wonder. We would stay at the Conservatorium again...

"This place will definitely be my home away from home when I am in Amsterdam! After a long flight from the U. S. They were able to accommodate an early check in. I was shocked at the nice size of the room, the amenities and storage. And although my room was right near the lobby, it was always quiet enough even for day time naps. The coffee machine was my favorite part. Great quiet location within walking distance to everything I wanted to experience. I can’t wait to go back!"

"Stayed here for my first visit to Amsterdam. The price seemed competitive compared to a lot of other Amsterdam hotels, especially compared to those downtown. The neighborhood is beautiful, nested in a more residential area. The location is very close to the museums but a little but further away from the North part of town. Highly recommend especially if you don't mind being a little further away from downtown."
