I was in town for a business conference. The hotel is very close to the harbor front which allowed me to have a nice walk along the waterside to relax after the conference before leaving town.

While the room was clean, it was very basic for what you pay for, and what it shows it's rating to be. The room had outdated and damaged furniture, uncomfortable hard beds, and very limited free tv options (channels were sparse and didn't even show the correct programming on the guide). The food at the restaurant was okay, nothing bad but nothing special. The big plus to the stay is my request to be on a high floor was granted, as well as the window opened as a big slider to look out to the water. Staff were kind but didn't stand out majorly.

The hotel is old and has carpet. Very musky smell in the rooms. Did not feel clean. The sliding door to the washroom was broken and unable to fully close. Wouldn’t stay here again.

My husband and I booked 2 nights 7 months prior to a cruise. We booked it at this hotel because we wanted a patio room and it also said it had a "laundry facility" as well as "dry cleaning and laundry services" , which I took to mean that I can have my clothes laundered for me or do it myself. On check in, they gave us the wrong room two different times, then when we got management involved, they upgraded us to a suite with an amazing view. But come to find out, they had no laundry facilities. When i pointed this out and showed them the website, they did not seem real concerned that there was incorrect information on expedia. The bed was very comfy, and the food was good, but the rooms are very dated with worn carpeting. Should we ever retun here for another cruise, I will not be booking this hotel again. For over $500 US a night, I expected more.

Restaurant food very nice. I had the quinoa and kale salad w salmon. My sister got the ahi tuna poke bowl. We are got cocktails that were well done. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get an old fashioned being from NC bit they used Bulliet bourbon and it was perfect. There was live music with a glass wall looking out over green trees. Lovely

This was a great hotel so more like four and half stars. We stayed here by mistake thinking it was the Marriott Pinnacle but it wasn’t worth the move across the street as the accommodations were good. It’s cute.

For the price paid this hotel was at best 2star......the staff Veronica at checkin was unprofessional, unpleasant, racist/discrimatory due to our color/ethnicity, rude and lacked customer service.Restaurant staff was very disgusting , unpleasant, racist/discrimatory, unprofessional and their customer service was the worst ive seen in all my travels and stays.It was very apparent we were not welcomed there and it blatantly showed.

Convenient location close to stanley park and to the water...pool seemed a little old and dingy, almost dirty, but everything else was great. Restaraunt was pricey so we didnt eat, but all in all no complaints, would stay again.

The location is great. Very close to the harbor and the docked cruise ships. Got the room with harbor view and it was spectacular. Highly recommended this hotel. It was very busy.

The room was very good and the bed was excellent. Due to a delayed flight we checked in at 3:00am. Our reservation included free breakfast. When we checked in no one told us takeout was the only breakfast option. The restaurant was closed due to a special event. After 15 hours traveling this was very disappointing.
