My husband and I booked 2 nights 7 months prior to a cruise. We booked it at this hotel because we wanted a patio room and it also said it had a "laundry facility" as well as "dry cleaning and laundry services" , which I took to mean that I can have my clothes laundered for me or do it myself. On check in, they gave us the wrong room two different times, then when we got management involved, they upgraded us to a suite with an amazing view. But come to find out, they had no laundry facilities. When i pointed this out and showed them the website, they did not seem real concerned that there was incorrect information on expedia.
The bed was very comfy, and the food was good, but the rooms are very dated with worn carpeting.
Should we ever retun here for another cruise, I will not be booking this hotel again. For over $500 US a night, I expected more.
