"I was very pleased with the studio. It had everything I needed to spend several nights there. The studio is very charming, and I felt safe. Excellent location."

"The location of this hotel is superb, just facing the ocean and the beach. The room was very nice, clean, and with a good size. The room in which I was had a very nice view of the beach. The only thing I noticed was the unusual late checking of 4 PM, which most hotels waive as rooms become available, but not this hotel. It was really inconvenient for me, but to be fair, it was disclosed as part of the booking, so I patiently waited. Otherwise, this is a very nice hotel to consider."

"Wouldn’t stay again. The rooms are clean and bed comfortable. They charge you a $40USD resort fee for a hotel with NO amenities. Only one elevator with broken AC for seven floors that is shares with the rooftop restaurant that gets very crowded during weekends. Complimentary breakfast is only yogurt, coffee and a few fruits. Very disappointing"

"Everything was great with the hotel. Only thing I think it was lacking was a gate to get into the parking lot...just to feel more secure. Other than that it was very clean and cute and quaint decor. Just lovely."

"Definitely not what was advertised, very run down. Yes, Venice Beach is not the most beautiful place and has a lot going on the boardwalk but it was definitely not what I excepted. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to go and stay please know that it’s a tiny room and has no amenities available besides a tv and a mini fridge."

"Like it was a small hotel. It was a very low key comfortable environment. They did have a problem with the elevator. There are notices posted which let you know it is very,very, slow going down it is moving and you are not trapped. They are working on it.if you saw someone confused standing at the elevator you just let them know what was going on.it opened up alot of conversations between guest. We found it to be a problem that was laughed about."

"We had a great time at this modern, art deco hotel right on the Venice Beach/boardwalk. The room was clean and the staff were knowledgeable. There was valet parking for $55 per night plus tax. The hotel was pretty quiet except we could hear people walking around on top of us and it sounded like they were moving furniture. I don’t know if that’s just because we were on the first floor? But we did get to go up to the roof and have a lovely coffee overlooking the ocean."

"We loved staying at the Lincoln Inn. It was super easy to check in, they have great underground parking, the room was super clean and the A/C was great. So close to Venice/Santa Monica beach by car and it was nice to have a McDonald’s right across the street. Couldn’t say anything bad about this hotel and we will be back when we go back to LA!"
