"Great location and the rooftop bar is great. Rooms are fine sized, not huge not small - fine for what we needed. I'd say the biggest negative was just the quality of the service - check in staff weren't very helpful, almost like we were imposing on them to stay there and check in. Service on the rooftop was equally poor - felt like they had never worked in hospitality before - again, we had to actually work to order food, get service. It feels like the location let's them really drop the ball on quality. I'd stay somewhere else and maybe book for a reservation at the roof top, but I wouldn't stay again"
