"Great place to stay if you want to tour Venice without actually staying in the Lagoon. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. It's a really short walk to the train station (€1.50 to catch it) and was reasonably priced. There is a parking garage just down the street which was discounted for hotel guests. The buffet breakfast was average, and the train was a bit loud, but overall a nice place to stay."

"It is a very modern hotel on the fringe of Venice but right next to a water taxi pier. We wanted something clean and modern because we expected to be in need of somethi9ng like that at the end of a tour of Italy. Everything was good, if a little inconvenient (but we new that when we booked it .. modern utilities in the heart of Venice is a very expensive exercise). Everything was good but one thing quietly bugged us was the fact that to room came with nothing. No tea or coffee or anything like that. There wasn't even a pen in the room! Everything you had to go downstairs for and pay extra. You even had to pay to have your bags stored, which I have never seen before. I still would rate it highly though but 4.5 stars if I was honest."

"Rooms were clean. We had a balcony that overlooked small canal. Easy walk from water bus station for convienance. Offered free trip to Murrano by water taxi - good luck getting back. Just beware. Breakfast was extra but very good. Not too far to walk to St Marks Square 10 to 15 minutes. Nicely decorated - nice hotel."

"Just a Wonderful Hotel. Everything was excellent. Private water Taxi to San Marco was superb! Beach and Breakfast amazing! Staff Amazing. Much better to stay here than in Venice Central. We will come back soonest possible. Thanks to each and every member of staff at every level!"
