"This is a perfect hotel for anyone traveling to and from Venice by train. It is a 2 min walk from St.Lucia and you don’t have to cross any bridges, which is a huge benefit! The air conditioning was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. It felt very luxurious. Would highly recommend!"

"The room was delightful, very clean and suited our needs. The air con worked well and there were loads of toiletries in the room. Not the best view from the bathroom but not a problem. The staff were all wonderful and the hotel location was fantastic. We didn't try breakfast and pleased as it didn't look like our sort of style. The one and only let down was we came back to the hotel after going out for dinner on my wifes birthday and couldn't get a drink at 10.00pm as the bar staff had gone...

"Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by."

"Very clean and maintained well! Location was great. Next to train station and water bus access. If you needed reservations for anything, front desk staff made them. Close to very nice restaurants one we loved was Riverside Note. Also
Porter service by Hossain Junaeid +39 389.8522675 if you take a taxi to the area and need assistance with baggage. Private water transfer to door from airport directly to hotel is available just ask when you book."

"チェックイン時間より かなり早く着いてしまいましたが、すぐチェックイン手続きを行ってくれて部屋に案内してくれました！フロントのスタッフ、ベルボーイ、朝食会場のウェイトレス、ハウスキーパーの皆さんは、私がイタリア語も英語もほとんど喋れないのにも関わらずなるべく簡単な英語で説明してくれたり挨拶してくれました。とても素敵な宿泊となりました。ヴェネツィアに旅行する際はまた利用したいです！"
