"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"We booked 3 rooms. All were give mineral water on the first day only. Second and third day... no more water. We call front office, they give us on 2nd day. On the 3rd day - we called and they put us on hold for quite some time.... we hung up the phone. I am thinking - only mineral water... "

"Staff here are so conscientious, they packed me a breakfast and put it in my fridge when I asked for a taxi at 4:30 a.m. for the next day! This is a solid, reasonably priced hotel with hard-working, warm staff. Short walk to major sites, but far enough from the madding crowd. Breakfast was generous with a wide variety of food served in a well-appointed dining room with outdoor balcony seating; I recommend that you include it in your reservation. "A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. Pool cold so ery cooling in the heat. 1 downside was the pool did need some updating of the tiles at the bottom of it. There is a bararea all very historic in...

"Air conditioning work well during a very hot period. Room was cleaned everyday though they forgot to replace cups for tea and drinking in bathroom a couple of days. The blond women who worked the desk was very responsive and helpful. Had user issues with shower and she helped resolved even though I contact others with questions. Breakfast is a 2 based on 5 rating scale. Excellent location."

"This is a very busy hotel. The breakfast was big but not the best of the food. There is a lot of construction and we had to take taxis a lot. You can easily walk the river. The elevators are tiny, but the room was very nice and clean."
