Hotel murah di Vermillion

"We have visited the Hyatt many times over the last 10 years and both the service and upkeep of the facility have gone down hill . The front desk is chronically understaffed, usually just one person, even on a busy Friday night. The front revolving door is routinely out of service as is at least one elevator. The Hyatt’s best feature is its great food and drink menu and service."

"This placed served our purposes for a one-night stay after a quick trip to Mpls. This place definitely isn't fancy, but it worked. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The beds were definitely not queen beds but doubles instead - glad it was just two of us. Comforters were lumpy and need to be switched out for new ones. TV was hit or miss - we finally found a channel that worked after searching for quite a while. Breakfast was the highlight with lots of options. The seating area...

"I booked the room in hopes of taking my wife to: the spa for a day; a dinner for us on the riverboat; and the seafood buffet on another night. However, after I booked the room/stay, only then was it revealed to me that EVERYTHING above is closed on Monday and Tuesday. We spent our time driving into Red Wing for entertainment. I will NOT be booking another room at Treasure Island Resort and Casino."

"The lobby was very clean and inviting. Our room was clean and inviting. The bathroom in the room was disappointing. It looked like dirt or mold on the shower tile and around the door frame. There was only one small elevator. There were nice stairwells. The eating area had a bar. Decor was very nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the night."

"Convenient location, plenty of parking"

"We were told that we would have an express clean on the third day and a full clean on the fifth day. We were there for eight days and I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get clean towels. At that time our bed was made and trash was emptied. That was the only time anything was done. No trash emptied, no clean glasses, no clean sheets. I know that help is a problem but at a hotel as nice as the Hyatt House, there should be better service. Other than that we had a good stay in Minneapolis....

I reported the issue to the front desk and asked that it be repaired while we were out, but after two repair attempts, the drainage problem became even worse. In addition, the bathroom fan did not work, and there were flies in the bathroom throughout our stay."
