"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "The ski equipment rental shop and lockers are very convenient. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal too and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The rooms are basic and a bit dark but good for a ski hotel. One issue is that we needed to carry skis everywhere, as the hotel is a walk or bus ride from the slopes and ski lifts"

Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route.
