"The stay was good, but the toilet flush system seemed delayed, making it appear as though it would overflow, and then flush 5 seconds later. Additionally, the narrow walk-in shower made it difficult to bathe our infant with our portable tub. It would be better if a tub shower was an option. The staff was willing to have a plumber check the toilet, but these should be checked weekly or at least monthly. It was an okay stay, but challenging with an infant."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The floors in the main areas are very shiny. But…. The elevator doesn’t meet the landings and the interior of the elevators was terrible. Scared me to ride in it. The floors in the room were uneven and pieced together with humps that was easy to trip on. The shower… no way I would use it. Price was good, but you definitely don’t get what you pay for. "

" parking was good. easy access room 423 was our stay the fire alarm in the bedroom was blinking red. Means not working. should be repaired."

"Although the staff was friendly upon check in, the hotel itself was below par. The hallway smelled terrible of cigarrete smoke and mold. They tried to mask it with a irvfrshener which woukd fade away shortky after spraying. We had torn , ripped and dirty towels in our room. The a/c did not work at all. Also they charged my mother for 2 extra hand towels they accused her of stealing. Mind you my mother has stage 4 cancer and we needed extra towels because she was feeling ill. All towels were rinsed and left in the room. "

"Front desk lady was very rude and nasty. She charged my credit card multiple times till it declined. Then she charged us multiple times for a pet deposit. She needs to be trained in customer service. The property itself is good. Rooms are clean and food is very good. This is an example of where one hotel employee can ruin a stay. "

"Ground floor room 50ft from front desk. Bathroom floors were filthy, needs to be updated, only blackout drapes no sheer ones to have some outside light, only coffee in morning. Yelling in room next to us for about an hour, no one came to de escalate the situation!!! Ice machine was in the hall right beside our room. Worst "King Deluxe" room we have ever been in"

"The rooms and staff were excellent. They are well appointed and professional. Breakfast was great. The only frustration was that it was further away from the UF campus than appeared online when we booked it."
