"Definitely try the elements body treatment at the spa. worth it along with saving time for their mineral pool and eucalyptus steam room.
location itself is perfect, close to everything , walking or driving , and staff are great."

"Everything was STELLAR from the moment wr walked in the front door. The front desk people were lovely and friendly and helpful, our room was stunningly beautiful. Everything was just perfect, and I am a hotel critic. The linens, super soft. Bed - very comfortable. Bathroom - spotless and gorgeous marble. Amenities - excellent. Bathrobes, bath salts. I will be bringing my whole family back to stay at Abigail's and it is definitely the #1 spot to stay in Victoria.

"Beautiful location, excellent views of the bay. Hotel very spa like. Rooms clean, comfortable and relaxing and very quiet. Nice that the 16+ age restriction is adhered to. The pub has excellent ambience and food."

"Great location and nice that it was dog friendly. Staff very nice. Hotel room ok.
Only big complaint was that the room wasn’t really clean when we arrived. Some brown staining of the bathtub and garbage cans (?hair dye?… at least I hope that’s what it was) which was unsightly but not particularly concerning.
Overall a good stay in a great, highly walkable location."
