"I didn’t appreciate check in at 4 pm When arriving in Victoria by noon it would be nice to have your room available sooner Also, our room was cleaned late in the day It would be better if the cleaning was done in the morning"

"The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to everything! The pool access is tough, an aerobics class was taking up the whole pool and we couldn’t swim. The breakfast was great, we had room service. The coffee is not good for the in room dining and the coffee machine coffee also was not tasty. The drinks to have a $34 a night fee on parking but we did appreciate that we were able to check out an hour later."

"We had a great stay and would highly recommend the hotel for it's walkability and cleanliness. Our only complaint - there were a few weddings and a city wide concert the weekend we were visiting coincidentally so we had a room right above the main entrance that was loud and very bright from the hotel entry lights."
