Chateau Victoria Hotel and Suites
We stayed no balcony unit. It was terrible view and noise from the laundry room right beside us. We changed the room but there was completely street and parking lot view. Neighbours were not good also. I recommend to book at Inner harbour area hotel .

Or stay was great. Rooms are renovated, hotel is charming and location is superb. And it is surprisingly quiet.
