"The location was perfect. The room view was spectacular. The staff was exceptional. The lobby with the fresh flowers was fantastic. We had a couple of minor issues with our room which were promptly addressed. Was one of our best hotel experiences ever, and it was in Canada! We will be back next year without a doubt…maybe room 602 instead of room 502."

"JBI staff and accommodations were warm and welcoming. Even had help carrying our luggage to/from 3rd room bc there is no elevator in the 150+ year old home. Having a dinner/restaurant and pub on site was not only convenient but added to its charm. I would definitely stay there again… preferably longer next time."
