"I stayed in C3-Room 316 which was a junior suite with 1 queen bed. The design in the room was modern. The room was clean with partial ocean view. The only thing concerned me was the noise made from air conditioner at night time, but other than that, everything was perfect. Hotel staff was nice. And I really loved the massage chair on C-3rd floor lobby."

"Staff were very accommodating. Location was wonderful for connection to downtown Charlottetown. We appreciated free parking spaces. Common areas upstairs had a smell and needed to be aired out. It’s an old building and had things needing fixing especially at the start of their tourist season, ie: light bulbs, tvs didnt work, ant problem. It was a fine stay, but for the price we would stay elsewhere in the future."

"Nice place. Comfortable room. And then a large noisy arty started on the floor above us. We were already asleep when the noise started. We complained to the front desk. It took them about an hour to stop the noise. It seems like the party people went out, but then returned at 2AM for more noise. The front deck person in the morning didn't really seem to care about our complaint. She said " sorry about that". I'm sorry too about having to give a bad review."

"Nice character of the property. Room was cosy. Location to town was excellent. Good check in instructions from owner. More kitchen crockery and utensils for 2 people would have been good. Milk in fridge was old, curdled."
