"It is a good hotel without any complication. Ensures easy stay, great location for transport and for food shopping. The room lack basic facility like water cooker, drinking cups / glasses, spoons, basic tea / coffee bags. When requested, we could get water cooker against a 20 Euro deposit (we got one), one black tea bag for 3 Euro (did not buy it) and on the fourth day of the stay, we simply took the cups from the cafeteria and left them in the room (no idea what to pay for that). Till then the kids managed with bathroom glasses (meant for paste and brush). The receptionist was very vague with the information but towards the end of the stay, we felt that, you can take the cups and spoons from the cafe to your room without any issue. But none said it to us clearly even though I asked it to two different receptionists. Found it very weird. Three of our toothpaste glasses got very dirty (used by kids) and I left the room with a note to replace them after three nights, but it was not replaced. No clue why. Breakfast was good, no change of menu and more or less everything is available throughout the timespan. It was a comfortable stay with kids without any major tension. So we enjoyed it. "

"Very clean and comfortable rooms that felt luxurious. Conveniently located a few blocks from subway and bus stop, yet felt safe and quiet. Plenty of bakeries, restaurants and stores nearby. Also enjoyed a lovely dinner one night at the hotel that exceeded our expectations . Another perk was a five minute walk to the palace gardens to enjoy evening walks. Overall a very pleasant stay that I highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel is close to 2 tube stations and 2 large supermarkets.The room was spacious and clean. Loved everything especially the coffee station on the 3rd floor..used it everyday also the bar which also used daily. the bar was so welcoming and comfortable. A big shout out to Alina,Laura and Timo who were so friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome on every visit..they really made us want to visit the bar daily. Highly recommended"

"Hotel has a green policy so no cleaning of rooms change of towels or bedding unless upon request which I get on one or two night stays. We stayed 7 nights in a suite with a separate living room/ lounge which I think should have been cleaned at least once during our stay without having to request it and for which you had to give 24 hours notice if you reminded yourself to do so which whilst enjoying your holiday is not first on your mind. Our towels where changed daily as requested on check in but we where emptying out own rubbish / trash as not always able to find a housekeeper on our floor to request its removal. Not a big chore but some guests might think they shouldn’t have to do so in a four star hotel. The guest has to phone use a QR code or find a member of staff not always ideal for requests. Breakfast selection was good and staff pleasant and friendly. Overall a lovely stay but the hotel may need to consider tweaking their green policy based on the number of nights booked."

"Great location for Wiener Stadthall and Westbahnhoff station, with car rental, food court, bakery, supermarket and shops just metres away if needed. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Only downside was no mini fridge which we like for keeping drinks/food cool, otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Spent 3 nights at the Hampton during Eurovision week. Hotel itself was clean and had what we wanted. Breakfast is included and although busy there is loads of seating - you might just have to wait a few mins for a waffle to cook. Location was excellent for us - 2 mins walk to green/brown underground lines - was only 5 mins to stadthalle and about 10 mins into centre of the city. Even getting back from stadthalle was very easy - we were back in the room 20 mins after the performance finished. I’d stay here again for another Vienna visit - there aren’t a huge amount of local restaurants but given how quick into city that didn’t matter for us."
